Madras was so so good with all the BIR flavour and subtle little kicks that make this work, also the BIR aftertaste was there for me.

I made two large pans of cooked Madras that worked out around 3 cubes per portion, along with the tandoor chicken there was plenty for all.
Tandoor Chicken I used Chewytikka's method and it was as good as ever, full of spice and flavour sprinkled with some methi,Lemmon and coriander it hit the spot.
Also two large platters.
Yes I have leftovers so will be tucking in to my fill of indian food tonight ;D
