My review of jb base sauce, simple, the best I have made, the closest I have made that had the taste/aroma of the restaurant bases I have tested, and a wonderfully moreish tasty curry cooked with it!

Tomorrows Friday Night Curry Club are going to be so impressed, especially with the 7.5l of blow your socks off Somerset Cider bought from the barn of a local hard to find farm while on my recent holiday !

Looks Top nosh Andy, the Naan looks yummy. I thought it was a tiger prawn vindaloo b4 I looked closer at the photo

Haha yeah, I got left with the bits from the chicken as everybody else had a stir fry tonight before I cooked 

You should definately give this a go Garp, very highly recommended from me

If it's good enough for you Andy (bearing in mind my go-to Madras is your version now), it's good enough for me.

The finished base was quite thick and I froze it like that and then I added water to thin while re-heating

Cheers mate, nailed the nans, I'll take a picture of the pan and gas ring I use tomorrow, they always turn out a treat now.
