I wish that had been there in 1989 or thereabouts.  I was deputed to take a group of Central and Eastern Europeans out for a meal during a conference in Cork (I was staying in the Arbutus Lodge at the time, and was allowed to exercise the owner's hunters while I was there !) and I did my d@mndest to find a decent Chinese restaurant but as far as I could determine there were none.  Ah well ...
