Mussels in Coconut Milk, Onion, and Green Chilli Broth

Unfortunately, all you can really see are some mussels. I was in such a rush to eat, I didn't want to faff about making it look pretty.  :)

Something different though, and quite tasty - I'd do it differently next time.

A previous Italian restaurant  near to me used to do mussels in a red thai coconut sauce (just about red thai curry) which use to be very nice. I do enjoy a bowl of mussels.  :P Could have shovelled a few out to show us the sauce Garp.

You're right mate, but hunger took over. There is a bit of the broth showing at the back though :)

doesnt look very appealing, the shells take up all the bowl and cant see the broth. Looks just like someone has just thrown a few mussells into a bowl.
