Hi Nessy

Welcome to the site i am fairly new myself, and have found the site very informative and friendly, i made my first chicken tikka masala last week end and i have just eaten one i took out of the freezer earlier, my first attempt can be viewed here https://curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?topic=1178.0, if you want to have a look.
