Packet spice mix/recipe. Deep fried. Rather nice. A bit too salty. Think next time I'll add some fresh garlic/ginger, a bit of yoghurt, freshly cracked black pepper, and cook under a grill.

The ingredients/quantities are given in English.  Followed to spec with 1 kg chicken (I did chuck in a couple of green cardos  ).  Very simple recipe.  Like how chef makes the curry in the oil/stock after browning/sealing the chicken. 1 tbsp black pepper, julienne ginger, fresh green chilli and chopped coriander added right at the end.  One of the best trad dishes I've made.  At the end of the vid chef gets some ready-made kebabs out of the freezer, for a starter.  My style of cooking!  Nice tip for the paratha/kebab wrap presentation too, using paper, and then sliced.

Yep, anything with the word boob in has to be good. That's next on my traditional curry list.
