hi guys, my 15 year old has a school exam where he has to make a cuury, could anyone recommend an easy basic curry to make, doesn't really matter what sort but I think an all in one pan job would be more suitable than one with a separate base, cheers,bob.

Could do this one its tastes good and its easy to make

1 onion
tbsp tomato puree 50/50 ratio water
tsp methi
tsp garlic ginger paste
tsp mixed powder I use chewys
tsp garam massala
tsp chilli powder
salt
some times i put a bit of sugar in
cup of chicken stock

You can use chicken or vegetables very easy one pan curry
