Already - A big thanks!!

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but I have to say, having joined the group only a few days ago we made our first curry tonight and what a revelation it was!!

I made the base last night and tonight we had chicken madras and chicken ceylon, absolutely fantastic!!
Plus, we tried a Raita recipe which was equally as good on some shop bought popadums.

finally, we're not beholden to anybody when we want a curry!
