It depends on what you us the coriander for but I chop some of the leaves and stalks put it in an ice tray and fill with stock or water and freeze when called for I throw the ice cube containing the coriander into the pot It seems to keep its flavor more

Hi everyone
I was engaged to a fijian indian girl for 9 years we have now gone our separate ways she use to cook the best Lamb curry going not using a curry base but just basic indian spices I have made it a few times but just cant get it to taste the same, I went to Fiji on a holiday and at the hotel the chef cooked exactly the same lamb curry but he had left before I could get ant tips from him.
Has anyone got a recipe on how to cook it I can give you the ingredients but my lamb is always tough now matter how quick or slow I cook it
