just been on ebay thay have a set of 3 balti pans for ?25 i dont think you can cook with them presentation me thinks but there are balti cast iron pans on there page to

good to here someone els has been to ocean rd i live in south shields and have been to a few down there but must say my fav take away is the eastern eye at chi there Parthia is brilliant i get Parthia madras which is fab. iv made darthpalls base which is good and made a Parthia the other day which was nice not perfect i got recipe for Parthia of here too we will just have to keep looking for that perfect curry lol deb

hi all I'm new to this ,but have been reading your messages and god your all doing a really good job of finding that curry every one is looking for,its great
ok could someone give me the recipe for a Parthia,when i order from my take away i order half Parthia half madras,which isn't to hot, some times tho the curry has something missing,iv put this down to different cooks i like spicy curry, but sometimes get my curry which is bland without that ahhh u no what so I'm asking u guys to help me make the perfect curry at home thanks deb
