Out of interest, is the pan intentionally dented? I saw that is the angle of approach for the chef spoon.....

I am in Surrey. Got into curry really around the age of 17' first dish I fell in love with was a look cheat puree and I have created an excellent recipe for it which is a staple starter when I cook! I do like heat so naga is a dish I often go for when dining out. I love garlic so like to include a good few cloves in my main dishes!

Is this Elaichi in Frimley? Was tempted to go but location didn't look the !most attractive. I normally go to Chilli Spice in Camberley in this area.
