Thank you George! No onion has ever made me cry yet, and just like the rest of them, neither will this one.

Well, he must of made some sort of ruckus here? And if he did want to post here what would be the problem anyway? Unless he was banned of course.

Anyway thank you for the more serious replies!
Don't worry V

Cory Ander's recipes interesting,

Why do red lights flash with the above ;D

Welcome to the forum who ever you are

Well, I do! Though I am not Cory or Ander or even one of his friends. I said I find them interesting, not great, good or bad, but at an interest in my mind, but it is your choice to believe what you must, I am here for BIR related circumstances, and not hand bags at dawn over previous forum dramas whatever they may be (To which I can only question how people can come to such over a shared interest).

Well, thank you for the 'welcome' at least (:

Sorry, but I do not understand what you mean with 'Your English style are very good, but not absolutely' ?

If you are referring to the style and format in which I use the English language, well I am English and it is my first language.

Hello,

I am 28 years old and I love food in general. I am British, but I live in Norway. I've always had a big taste for curries, British Indian restaurant and take-away has been my favourite, and I never did understand why why the British part in the style made a difference until I came to the continent where I found Indian restaurants to be rather bland and more like a buffet with 1 decent main option.

I worked in catering for many years, and have always made my curries from scratch. They have always been nice and people have enjoyed them, but they are completely different to BIR style, at least in my opinion, which is why I have taken a good interest now in research how to further develop my knowledge.

I have found quite a few nice recipes here on this forums and with the amount of decent, and what I can say are; knowledgeable discussions going on here, I am happy to be here! I find Cory Ander's recipes interesting, though mentioning his name around here seems blasphemous, and have tried his Jalfrezi, which was good, but I will alter it with a few touches myself next time!

Well, this is me, hope to enjoy a good recipe, discussion or laugh with you all in the future!
