Excellent report and pictures, even the rescuers were pleased with the result, great stuff. I have just come back from Chiang Mai, left on the 29th may, glad i didn't see any snakes

Hi CH, great looking curry, perfect colour, that's how I like my curries. I also love the Balti bucket, I have only been to one Indian restaurant who served those buckets but they put the rice in it and that was in Bangkok, I think your way is better, I am sure some naan soldiers can be made to dip into :-)

I also have this book, I love it, I done the chickpea curry out of it and took it to a little get together with some Indian friends and they loved it

Try a "everything a pound" type of shop, I got good little containers that are ideal and they were a pack of 3 for
