Hi, would just like to give a BIG thanks to CA  ;D  Had a curry night last night with some friends and it went down a storm.  Used CA's base and did his Tikka masala with prawns, chicken vindaloo and chicken ceylon, everyone loved them. Started off CA's onion bhaji's and raita sauce, they were devoured , in fact I was asked for the recipe  ;D

I am so glad I came across this site 

I am going to try this  ;D My husband would love me forever if I was able to serve him Ravi's Dhal! He had it the other night in fact, he just can't resist it whenever we go  ;D

I have just made this and it is lovely!! Used CA's curry base as well    I love vindaloo, the only change I will make next time is make it a bit hotter!! I can't believe it has taken me all this time to find this site!!! Can't wait to try other recipes  ;D

P.S love the name by the way  ;D

Thank you   I have to agree with the crazy bit there lol  Haven't seen goat meat I have to say, I do normally buy my meat in spinney's or waitrose so not likely to see it I should think!! Must have a look for it though, have never eaten goat!   Yes thank goodness, Ramadan is officially over as from today, so just got back from lunch and a pint

Hi there    I am a Brit living in Dubai, although you can get some pretty good British curries here, I have always wanted to be able to make my own! I stumbled across this site this morning and I just can't wait to try some of the recipes, especially as I have friends coming for a curry in a couple of weeks
