I dual boot between Linux Mint Cinnamon which is my default and Windows 7 for the rather crap ITunes which I still use for my old iPod etc. As mentioned Libre Office is damn close to MS office and you can save files in the MS format in most cases. Linux is just slicker and virus safe etc. There are times when you need to use the Terminal and a bit of coding but there

Anyone like the recipe as I do?
Ed
I've not tried the recipe ed, but I'd say as good as it tastes , is not BIR, its not how the restaurants& ta prepare & cook your tikka/tandoori chicken
ELW
I know unfortunately, take Dips for instance where the only difference between tandoori and tikka is the food colouring! There are a few BIR's and TA's that do them differently which is the taste I'm after at home without the benefit of a tandoor etc and I find this one great, although I burn mine with the grill a bit!

Lets Talk Curry / Bulk cooking

Hi Guys/Gals I am thinking of doing a bulk curry 50 portions, and I've decided to do a staff curry and am fine with this but I am not sure about bulk rice and it hanging about etc. Therefore i'm thinking of serving the curry with some dhal and parathas and leaving the rice out? Probably do bhajis as well. Would you miss the rice??
