Nice one mate. I might try those as I like a paratha and they're quite time consuming to make.

I have been living on frozen paratha for quite some time now, and very rarely bother to cook pulao rice any more. The Shaan version is excellent, IMHO.

I also use these, i add a few finely sliced onions on the top when cooking because they go slightly doughy then flip over and cook, also finely chopped coriander leaves, chilli flakes, green chilli finely chopped, onion seeds, ajwain seeds and also garlic finely chopped and sliced.
Chilli Paratha
Onion Seed Paratha
Ajwain Seeds i don't add to many of these but you can just see the little dark specs.

Hi ED
Shana brand are ok, but I prefer IBCO Plain Butter Paratha, usually get mine from the local
Asian store and been using them for about 6 or 7 years! consistently spot on, super flaky and delicious.
Factory machine made and very hard to match, making your own from scratch.
cheers Chewy

Sadly we don't have any asian shops round our way, but have tried a few frozen makes from Red Rickshaw, but not impressed compared to freshly rolled homemade.ones. Not sure I have had that brand so will look out for them. Pilsbury ones are awful.
