hiya guy's sorry i haven't replied sooner been away . Yeah finished result was great tasted very much like a BIR curry but not quite bang on.

oh and i did attemped to tandoori the chicken, i couldn't get the right food colouring so i just added half a teaspoon of red but it did tasted very nice all the same.

Hey chaps, i'm about to embark on another curry trip this weekend but i seem to be missing one ingredient and that's Aromatic Salt. Me being a noob at this i don't know if you make it or you buy it, i went into my asian grocers last night and picked his brains about other ingredients but didn't ask him about this. Could you please point me in the right direction guys.

Oh if it is made could you post the ingredients for me.

Hi Sparky, yeah found this site mid last week and started to make my first "proper" curry Friday evening. I got lost in the cooking and before i knew it it was 11.30pm, i was so gutted i couldn't tuck in there and then but i did wait till the next day when it was finished off hehe.
