hi,  looking at making some pilua rice for the 1st time , while looking at others ways of making the rice i was just wondering to get the different coloured grains off rice , whats the best dye to use  ?   bottled liquid dye or powdered dye ,  what would be your preferance.  im not sure as im pretty new to cooking indian food and your help is appreciated,  thanks db :-\

thanks guys, ive come to the conclusion that ill cook the naans then freeze, by the way im using ca,s recipe, i made some the other day and they turned out great, my 1st time cooking naans as well i was well chuffed ;D , i will making some more tonight , my kids loved them as well as me and the missus  ;)  im going to try a few with fresh corriander
and garlic included, ill let you know how they turn out, if there as good as the last batch i dont think they will be going in the freezer as there more than likely to be eaten there and then.   regards db.

 thanks for the reply, ca,  but if i just freeze the dough after ive made a batch ,do you think it will affect the taste or the cooking process at all, will they turn out the same?
or is it better just to cook the breads after youve made the dough,  then freeze.

hi, everyone , just joined the forum, can someone recomend me a easy curry for me to make ,as this will be my first proper home made curry  :o  medium heat would be ideal ,im just looking for a simple but tasty dish as this is my 1st attempt.  your help will be appreciated,  thanks db.
