sorry but i always put 1 potato in my rajver base, it gives something to the texture and flavour. try adding a potato to your base but removing it before it falls to pieces ie cooked but not ready for mashing iukwim, then use it in a bombay aloo or vindaloo. taste great ;)

hi guys had to reply to this. i bought a tin of white tower tomato paste in a gurkha shop in ashford the weight on the side says 10lbs and it cost 4.29gbps. haven't opened it but may do soon as keeping fresh has been playing on my mind. recently have been using passata in place of tom puree from tin or tube has made a difference!

hi guys well its here again the week of the year when the whole nation can really enjoy curry, wish i could get to the battle of the chillies and try something really hot! started the week with a vindaloo, so will try to make a different curry each day. fancy making my rajver phall tonight. what are you guys/girls doing to celebrate this week?

for a carpet try using a watered down bleach to spray on the spot where it is and dab to remove the stain. for hobs if they are white again bleach will remove the stains no worries. a good tip would be to get a simple gas cooker and place newspaper underneath it covering any area that may or should i say will splatter and colour that delightful yellow ;D
