Please don't take my title too seriously just having a laugh
After over 30 years of making curries I've never really put any effort in to making naan bread! anyway I decided to give them a serious bash here is my efforts they fold in half without breaking nice and fluffy inside!

But now I've seen your naans it's got me interested in making them the crispy bottom ones are good but I'm always up for a challenge so I will put my thinking cap on and see if I can master the art of making the fluffy version.

All the years I've been making curries etc the one thing that I've not put major effort into is making naans! Don't get me wrong I can make them ok but I've never tried to push the boat out! Can anyone explain how to make them without a crispy bottom.

I've just made this bori curry and I've made it exactly to letter from Camellia Punjabi book 50 great curries of India page 92! 12 x dried red chillies and 3 x green chillies it's very hot however I've enjoyed it but some people may say its an acquired taste.
