It should be fine, did you put in 20ml or 200ml, I think Chewy's base has 200ml in it. It may have been ok without the oil some people make oil free bases.

It was only after reading this thread that I realised how long I've had mine and how under powered it was, I'm sure when I got it it was state of the art. :)

I'll be keeping an eye on Lidl as I think I'm due a new one as my current Braun one is 18+ years old and only packing 160 Watts.

Hari's are nice but CWG's are better IMO, the Aniseed seeds add a nice taste to them.
