So my curry leaf tree had started to grow, most likely through feeding and misting as well. But I have found a few days ago that the growing tip was broken (dunno how) and has died....will it keep on growing do you think?? Either sprouting from the same place or from elsewhere?
Hi VT
The top of my plant was knocked off by a football which created a fork and new growth, so your plant should be fine, keep feeding it each time you water during the summer and back off from Oct and then just prevent the soil from drying out.

I saw a programme last week on a japanese Surgeon who has been working with stem cell technology for some time and he appears to be very successful using DNA from the patients spine to inject into the knee to repair cartilage.
In my opinion the Medical Profession do not communicate as well as say the aircraft industry ie mistakes, progress, and innovation.
Noel Fitzpatrick (supervet) said he wishes Surgeons would come and talk to him as he feels they could learn from the stuff he is doing and vice versa.
Historically pioneering medical practitioners has often been snubbed and held back by Dinasoars not wishing to move on.

Curry Base Chat / Spice Mountain Base recipe
July 26, 2019, 04:24 PM
I was looking at a site called Spicemountain, it has a drop down recipe section in a Recipe named "Mothersauce" it states add a glug of Mustard oil.
I do use mustard oil in my tikka marinade but have never used it for base, has anyone here used it?

Looks far better than my Naga, it got a bit soaked so the leaves yellowed, then the leaves got scoffed by some unknown bug, I've just repotted it, fingers crossed.

I'll buy into that, also if you grow your own chilli's you get more benefit, enjoyment, and mental exercise by having to remember to feed them
