Careful planning, good organisation and get everything prepped.

Know what your doing and when it needs doing.

Silver foil take away containers are good for keeping already cooked curries warm in a low oven.

And lay off the booze !!!  ;D

Great effort and great looking grub meggeth, very satisfying cooking for a crowd.

I never use a deep fat fryer but rather just a wok for my poppodoms.

Your splatter guard certainly saved some splatters and some grief from the mrs  ;)

Yep thats the one cab, most indian/asian stores sell it , cheaper and no postage costs.
Personally myself I think it dominates a curry a little.

Edit - I see the recipe only asks for 1ts though  ;)

Glad you have finally seen the light Cab, that place is certainly strange, even snoopy is afraid to post now. It might be chaotic on here but you have a freedom of speech and all the info you could possibly need for true bir cooking.
