Nice video, I love the flames and the serving dish, a bit more chicken and coriander would be good IMHO.

I've been told by BIRs that they don't use fish in curry as the fish from Bangladesh have lots of small bones, maybe the fish are freshwater. Indians from Goa use fish in curries as it's on the coast so sea fish are available.
