you won't have any base left as most curries use about 350ml, maybe you should aim for about 3 portion.

I use chewy's mix powder, I also use chewy's base and get results which I happy with.

Gave Andy's Madras recipe a go this evening with a few minor adjustments, less chilli powder and ainseed seeds instead of star anise. Must say I really enjoyed it, nice one Andy.
