And, to be honest, every recipe on here has been made before - there is nothing that hasn't been tried previously, maybe not shown on here.

Off on holiday on Tuesday and can make one last curry before I go.
Any suggestions? I've tried (happy with some - some others need tweaking) pathia, chasni, garlic chilli, korma, dopiaza, madras, bhuna.
What could I try before I face FIR?
Nothing too hot as I have to cook for people of varying chilli tolerance.
