Your rice looks good, if a tad well done, but not greasy  ;)
Mushroom Pilau is a favourite rice dish of mine, love it!
either in a BIR or cooked at home.

Looks a good old school Garabi Livo ;D
Good work ;)

Even the best BIR will use Tinned/Canned Chickpeas
Ive been in plenty of restaurant storerooms and always canned.

Important to note, its a minor ingredient and under used in most
restaurants, but like any BIR menu, its customer driven.

I do quite a few different Chana Masala dishes at home, but simply not
popular in most BIR I know.

No I dont!
Life too short to make everything from zero,
Its a bit like if you want some milk for your coffee, but you have to go and milk your cow first. ;D

Maharajahs choice is probably as good as any other Tandoori paste or maybe not

I rarely use this in BIR cooking, much prefer paste for marinades etc

Garbage rip-off spice company from the 60s
Its success was its handy glass jar design and spice rack for housewives.

Their catering sizes, are an even bigger rip off.
Avoid like the plague

Maybe I should be using it to cook my curries.

Yes, get an 303 ally omelette pan and use your high output gas burner.
These two elements equal basic BIR fun! ;D ;)

Ignore the previous Troll ::)

Livo, this might help you on your quest again.

Try my BIR Malai Makhoni recipe, very quick and simple.
Just add 4 tbsp sweet Mango pulp. Which will turn it into Mango Chicken.

In the spirit of the past group testing, should Admins guidelines
not be followed, the way it was intended.
