Awesome's the word LOUP. I've rarely seen better looking naans. Did you follow Chris's recipe and method or did you change something?

Hi SS,
Pretty much followed the recipe although I don't add the onion seeds and only use 50 grams of sugar.
Everything else is the same :)

Best thin is I have 3 balls of naan dough left for tonight...Winner!!  ;D

I agree SS. Those naans look perfect Loup. When I make the naans I add 1 tbsp greek yoghurt and cut the sugar back too. The resultant dough is so sticky - it appears unworkable. However, the resultant naans are absolutely superb. 100% bir. Have you tried this recipe yet SS?

I haven't but that's only because the sundries, such as naan, are of secondary importance to my home made efforts. Curries are my thing and I'm still not there with those yet!

I am encouraged by the superb results I'm seeing though and although the method and possibly even the recipe is not new I think Chris deserves a pat on the back for getting it out there.
