This recipe just dropped on one of the Facebook curry groups I follow. Immediately thought of the Adil's Balti lamb, which had a lovely smokiness to it. Potentially much wider applications. Charred cinnamon stick and mustard oil. Interesting. Thoughts?

... I am totally giving that a go, that sounds so interesting.
If the smoke flavour isn't quite there you can always add some smoked paprika.
Do let us know how it goes. Haven't tried it yet. Next Balti lamb dish though.
