Hi Phil,

I think CA put up the actual link, because the hyperlink can be quite difficult to see unless you change the font colour or font boldness!  I must admit, It's tricky to spot on my monitor and my peepers aren't what they used to be  :(

Hi razor , i like the look of your complete kit (base, onion paste, + madras recipe) great effort. I also like the fact its sufficiently complex , to leave me guessing at how the final madras will taste.  I like the generous amount of oil used in the madras recipe, (1.5 chefs spoon !!  ;D )    When I get through the 30 litres of ashoka base i made at the weekend, your madras will be my next mission. cheers DD
