 Just a quick hello and to say wow what a website! It is a wealth of knowledge and experience!
I have searched for good recipes on the Internet for a long time and have tried so many recipes, bought many books and sadly most never lived up to their expectations of claiming to taste like a good BIR curry!
I am so excited I have found this site *wees* and can't wait to tool up and go shopping for onions and fresh coriander lol (the only things missing needed for my weekend of cooking up a storm)

I will report back (probably covered in a base sauce and curry)

Wow made a base sauce on Sunday (CA's) and then a madras wow is all I can say! Tasted so good very very impressed!
Ok so Sunday was madras
Monday was bhuna
Tuesday was madras ( all were served with homemade bhajis, pilau and flatbreads)
Wednesday spag Bol lol was all curried out!
Today is another day!
Tom will be making yet another base sauce I'm in heaven thank you for such a fantastic site
And my husband said I'm not sacked hehe
