Layout of site changed?

Is it just me or has the layout of the site changed slightly? On the menu bar at the top Im pretty sure it had from L to R Home, Forum, Help, Search etc etc. In the Home section it had latest topics. Now it doesnt, it just includes the Forum titles with latest topics at the bottom (in a different format). Is it just my computer?

I noticed that too. Weird. But on the other hand, my bookmark (which I hadn't updated yet) seems to bypass that pointless opening page with the shoutbox, and goes directly to the forum.

OK Cool, glad its not just me. Yes I forgot, there was also that silly shoutbox thing too

Funnily enough I asked earlier this morning the same question in the Forum Suggestions section (with almost the same wording too!). Thought I was going crackers! Is this a deliberate change by mods? If so maybe a word about it in the Admin announcements might be due here...it would put an end to all the doubts people are having.
