Messy recipes
« on: July 04, 2012, 10:26 AM »
Finally got fed up with messing up all my paper recipes so got my finger out and bought a book for them and a holder. Sitting on the microwave is the perfect height to keep checking whilst cooking. Holder was from The Range. :)

Excellent idea, I like it, another curry secret book ;D
Not to keen on the spices being exposed to the light though :o

I know what you mean about the light, trouble is since joining this forum my spice purchasing is depleting my new kitchen "savings pot" quicker than i can replenish and i've found the asian supermarkets in Sheffield .....Oh dear!! :( :)

Neat Idea :)

I keep all my recipes on my laptop, then just plug my laptop into the TV in the Kitchen and bring them up on the 26" screen, saves me getting them all messy and having to keep printing them out :)

Nice one Eddie !

Like Les said .. I'd put those spices away in a dark cupboard and since I happen to know you very well I can safely say you can afford a few spices now and again ... it's just the spending bit you find difficult yer tight g*t   ;)  ...... I can only assume the book and stand were a gift   :)

Nice Staropramen bottle by the way ... on special offer in Tesco's Bratislava at the moment for 49 cents a tin   ;)
