Topic: condensed milk in base gravy

Thought i would try the base i made with the condensed milk in a chicken tikka masala and it turned out really well.
As the condensed milk is very sweet i cut back on the sugar in the recipe. Kids loved it so happy days, loads of base gravy in the freezer for CTM.
