On second thoughts there are a few of these on eBay with starting bids of ten pounds or less. Softly softly catchee monkey! - I might take a while seeing if I can bid a bargain before I splash cash on a new one from Amazon :) Now you lot just wait till I've bought mine before you go looking on eBay - you might end up bidding against me!!

Well I ended up with this one, a nice big size (maybe too big) but I can lay out enough for 4 and eat at leisure with no chance of anything getting cold  :)

I have to failed to locate "the real i am" warming trays, up to now anyway.

Graeme, this tray is cordless. You switch it on for 10 mins to warm up, then unplug and carry to the table and it'll stay warm for an hour. Ideal!

Barry there are a few which show up on eBay - just search for "hot tray" and select "auction only" to filter out all the Buy It Now offers at silly prices.
