Site's been a hive of activity since i've been away
@ Jamie
Superb looking NIS there Jamie. I'll have two portions to take away with the mushroom rice and the naans please. Looks every bit as good as the one served at my local. I'm sure it tasted great. Thanks for posting the curry porn. We all love it ;D
@ SL
Glad the NIS is still going down well SL. How's the brinjal coming along?
@ terramamba
Let us know how you get on with the dish now you know the whereabouts of the recipe. Hope you enjoy it
Thanks to all who helped steer Terramamba in the right direction not being around to do this myself.
This is one of the many things that makes this site a cut above the rest

Hi CH
Tasted fantastic and the aftermath the next day wasn't as bad as i thought just the one time i felt like curling up on the bathroom floor but not to bad but it is definitely at the limit of my chilli tolerance

;D ;D I won't ask if there are any finger nail scratches down the toilet wall then :
. Oh sorry, I just did
. I'm not surprised it tasted good, i was licking the screen when i saw it. Seriously, wind the chilli back and enjoy the flavours if you find it a "rectum wrecker" as Mr M so aptly puts it ;D. In my local (other than when it's prepared for me) it is served with much less chilli powder and several whole chillis which can easily be pushed to the side if you don't want the heat.
I can remember many years ago during my foolish phall eating years curling up on the floor with my stomach feeling as though it was full of molten lava. Not pleasant. Then again, what would you expect having eaten two incediary devices, one for lunch and then following it up again in the evening
. But i did learn from it and am careful not to risk experiencing it again
