Hi Daz, welcome to cr0.

Hope you get to try plenty of recipes from the forum.  All feedback is good and photos are even better ;D

Try to get to understand the writing style of the members as sometimes, the written work can be devoid of emotion, it's very easy to misconstrue a comment made sincerely.

Most of all, enjoy yourself ;D

Ray :)

Thanks for the nice welcome everyone. The Indian Restaurants here are pretty good Chewy but I
would rather make it at home. I tried to attached a Vindaloo I made from scratch in my wood fired pizza oven
it had a very nice depth of flavor  but the site said upload folder was full ?  I'm looking forward to making some base sauces from this site.

Thanks Daza.

Hi Daza

A very warm welcome to cr0......as CH said earlier, it's the best site on the web!  Hope you have lots of fun experimenting to reach the flavours you want, and if you have any queries you've got a good bunch of people to give you helpful answers.
Best
al.
