Hi DC and welcome to the forum friend.

An Indian NVQ assessor, how does that work mate?

Just another point, thanks for you recent recipe post but if you want them to get the exposure that they deserve, just be careful of which section that you post them in ie; traditional recipes in the traditional section, BIR recipes in the........you get the idea?

Good luck and happy currying,

Ray :)

Welcome to the forum DC.  An Indian NVQ assessor :o  What does one of them do then :-\ ;D

Good to have you aboard.  As Ray said, we try and keep the place tidy so we can all find what we're looking for (well most of the time anyway ;DJ), so it always helps to post your topic in the right box on the forum.  There's pretty much a box for everything under the main headings and some categories have a general box for topics not covered.

Enjoy it mate.  Look forward to hearing about and seeing some of your creations soon.  We do  like a pic on hear so we can see what we're aiming at ::)

hi thanks for your welcoming comments  a nvq assessor is a national   trainer  in vocational skills in house hands on . people have to pass a set criteria in order to gain a qualification governed by city and guilds hope that helps

It sound like an interesting role. Are you still involved or was it some time ago? What's your background to put you in a position to be recruited as a "NVQ assessor"?

Thanks for that.  I am familiar with NVQ's having got quite a few myself but it was this comment "Indian NVQ assessor" that got me wondering what that could be?

Ray :)
