Mark

I'm not saying he's wrong or that it's not interesting but why do you appear to be giving special credence to the written word on the curryfrenzy site? The guy behind that site is just another curry fan like we are. Why should his comments carry any greater weight than suggestions posted at this forum, some of which attract little debate. When I was a child, I used to think anything written in a text book or newspaper was the gospel truth.

Regards
George

I wasnt, I was just pointing out part of one the sites I found interesting  :)

Curryfrenzy- is that more 'trad' than BIR? Couldn't see any gravy in the recipe, except stock. Although I don't suppose that a lack of garabi is the defining elememnt of a trad indian recipe...

Exactly. What's going on? Three days ago, a new member called ushaulm posted to another very old thread, and now this.

It is a tad strange. Usahaulm was obviously trying to post a few random, meaningless posts before unleashing an onslaught of spam. But I think he got nipped in the bud so we'll never know for sure.

Onions, who knows, his posts are random at best. Some ppl have date blindness apparently. Not that that should dissuade one from resurrecting a post if it still has any meaning. Sometimes, though, you have to wonder.  ::)

Indeed. I think I was probably right, all along.

Well for once I agree SS, looking back whilst under the influence of 'a lot of what you fancy',  Usalhaulm's posts do look like a Poundland version of some spam software or he's a complete loon.

That would defiinitely be a first George. So I doubt it.

Sorry everyone (except George of course), didn't see the date- I had used the search facility for 'curryfrenzy.'
