Greetings from curry lover and student of all foods indian
« on: September 24, 2011, 09:10 AM »
Hi there, I'm a good ol girl from Glasgow who now lives in New Zealand and love Indian food. I've been lucky to have a few Indian friends who have taught me the ways of the curry lol and found this site looking for a good pakora sauce recipe to accompany some veg samosas I made yesterday.

Hello and welcome to the forum.  Well you've definitely come to the right place. We have a few "north of the border" BIR specialists among our members.  Glasgow's Gazman swears by his pakora dip.

I wondered what all the fuss was about with the pakora dipping sauce :-\.   I didn't realise that it was the same stuff they served it up in my local BIR in Essex.  I just love it with poppadums so i'm sold on it ;D ;D. Must get round to trying it with some pakora sometime.  Add the recipes to the forum.  The more the merrier :D.  That is what this site is all about - sharing experiences and good recipes.

 ;D

Your recipes/posts look amazing, I'll be trying out some of these.

I keep seeing a book by you? Mentioned in your posts. How could I get one of these given I live in new Zealand?
I think I'd get slot of joy from your book from what I've read here.

Thanks, hope you're having a wonderful day :-)
