Cooked curry queens patia on Saturday, using natco base. Turned out very well, lovely consistency, taste and spice level were really good, there were a few things that I learned with it like I precooked the chicken kris dhillon style and refridgerated over night, in hindsight i would have rather put it in the curry straight after precooking, as it was much more tender and juicy straight after. But on the whole very nice indeed, so a success
