thanks for sharing that with us Leroyb.   Looks like a tikka bhuna to me and very nice too.  A couple of things that strike me is the addition of some ingredient from another pot just at the end of the cooking process.  Could that possibly be the equivalent of Ashoka banjarra?  Interesting to hear what others think on this.  Secondly, the gravy thickness is not that runny :-\.  Almost the consistency of thin tomato ketchup ;D
