Indiya in Bedford
« on: July 20, 2011, 12:18 AM »
This is my favourite BIR in bedford.
All the curries have a fantastic 'Fresh' Tastes, especially with the herbs-Fresh coriander etc.
Although it is a 'Modern' BIR so its not like the BIR's of the 80's but still the best in bedfordshire(That I'm aware of anyway)

Interesting that you like it, cos I think it's dire. It's popular because it's contemporary, but everything I've eaten there has been a generic dish of curry base with too much oil and little in the way of flavour.

That just goes to prove how different all our expectations and experiences are and that possibly no two peoples ideal dish will ever be the same :o .  Funny old game, this BIR cooking and eating lark  ::) ;D

I never ate there, but when I lived in Bedford I was addicted to the lamb jalfrezi from Vijays take away on Tavistock St. :P :P
