Hi, I have made this tikka a few times now, I agree with dropping the yoghurt, it does make it less "cakey". The only change I have made is omitting the star anise (I included it last time, but felt that the flavour took over a bit) and adding a bit of colour. In my opinion the use of the mint sauce gives this tikka a little extra something. Well done on a good and consistent recipe, used tikka to make a CTM ;D
