Hi Will,

Many thanks for trying it mate and glad you enjoyed it, although a little sweet for you.  Try the hot mango next time as you suggest or you could give it a squirt of lemon dressing, to offset the sweetness.

Hi Razor,

Since your previous recipes have done me well so far I decided to try this one and brilliant results mate!!!.

Im going to use this recipe whenever I fancy a chicken kebab in pita :)

That's exactly what I had in mind when I was putting this recipe together.  It is really aimed at those that prefer their tikka as a starter or on pitta or naan due to its subtle flavour.  Of course, it can be used in a curry too but some may prefer a 'stronger' tikka if using it this way.
