UF, I can't praise that jalfrezi enough. Great consistency and all the right ingredients. Without doubt the best jalfrezi, and possibly the best curry pic, that's been posted. Superb!

That had better not be a piece of lime next to that chilli.  ::) ;D

Its green pepper, i cant have lime get an allergic reaction to it, but i would give it a go in a Jalfrezi though.
And thank you for your kind words.

Hi UF,

That looks absolutely on the money mate.  If I'm being honest, I often revert back to the Authentic Balti Curry cookbook, as I think the end dishes are so flavoursome and consistant.

I wonder why they didn't include the Jal Frezi in the book? Still, it's easy to find on their website.

Great effort UF, and I agree with SS, possibly one of the best curry pics to date.

Ray :)

Looks nice mate, shame you cannot give the lime a try though  ;D

How did you find it with the tomato in it? I'm not the biggest tomato fan but do sorta enjoy them in a curry..

Hi tyenoodle i would say that nearly all TA's by me use tomatoes in their Jalfrezi so it adds a little tomato watery spice to the dish its well worth trying i only use half a medium tomato sliced into four.
And thanks for all the comments.
And Razor i agree with you this book is just "The Money" as you said before.
