Merry Christmas everyone. I just made a batch of Steven Heap’s base and pre-cooked chicken and tomato masala and am ready to go! Strange here in the US they don’t have turkey at Christmas but any excuse to try a little winter BIR is good for me.

Drink responsibly. And enjoyably. And other ‘ly’s….

the big turkey meal is a month before, probably why so many eat ham or beef at Christmas.
