Hi guys- my cousin is opening an indian restaurant and I was looking around for some recepies and found this site.  love it and looking forward to the food!!

Are you searching for recipes for your cousin's restaurant? Or for yourself?

Does your cousin have experience cooking commercial Indian food in a restaurant?
