I'm sure you could. I guess I just wasn't kneading enough when I did it by hand. The stand mixer just seemed to do a much better job.

Great buy. Always put in the oven from cold. Putting one in a hot oven will pretty much shatter it immediately.

I got the Pizza Stone from Amazon delivered free all for 9 quid. I intend to make the nan tomorrow and will experiment with making Peshwari nan too. Inspired yet again by the site tks PP

Hope it turns out well Panpot. Remember to let the stone heat up in the oven at Max temperature for at least an hour!
