Although I have seriously enjoyed eating curry for the past 25 years I have never attempted to cook a BIR standard curry, I was wondering if someone could help me choose a base that is versatile, there are so many versions on this site I really don't know where to start.
It needs to be versatile as my daughters love Tikka Masala, my partner Rogan Josh and I like Jalfreizi & Balti is it possible to make a base that can be used for all of these?
